Today the current issue of the journal ULTRAMARATHON has come out and Michele Ufer is present with three contributions:

• cover photo and article about his this year's Amazon rain forest adventures, the Jungle Ultra in Peru 
• article "White Out - the Ice Ultra stage race in the Arctic Circle" and a 
• note on applied sport psychology and mental training in ultra running
